The NB story
NB Publishers comprises a number of imprints, including Tafelberg, Human & Rousseau, Kwela and Pharos. Each imprint has its own independent editorial staff supported by joint marketing, administrative and financial divisions.
The company’s core activity is publishing general books in both Afrikaans and English. These range from Afrikaans novels, light literature, English literary works, books for young adults, illustrated and mass market children’s books, non fiction, including lifestyle, cookery, gardening, health, mind, body spirit, handicraft books and dictionaries.
