Controversial politician and all round big talker Julius Malema has decided to clear a few things up. He gave an interview to The Times editor Ray Hartley to discuss some of his more notable statements.
Max du Preez and Mandy Rossouw, of course, have compiled many of Malema’s quips into a book – The World According to Julius Malema. Ready for a second edition? Here’s Malema on Malema:
I rattle off a series of headline- grabbing statements.
Me: “You said you would kill for Zuma.”
Malema: “I have no regret about that.”
Me: “You said Leonard Chuene was not a liar.”
Malema: “I never said that.”
Me: “You said Naledi Pandor had a fake American accent.”
Malema: “I apologised for that.”
