Tom Dreyer is the author of the works of fiction Erdvarkfontein (1998), Stinkafrikaners (2000), Equatoria (2006) and Polaroid (2007). Stinkafrikaners was nominated for the Eugène Marais Prize in 2001 and Equatoria for the M-Net Literature Prize.
Dreyer has recently been in New York state, USA, as part of the Ledig House International Writers Residency. Watch the following video of Dreyer reading New York, an event hosted by Open Letter and the University of Rochester and led by Chad Post.
